ACME Furnace specializes in Mesh Belt Conveyor Furnaces, designed for continuous Copper Brazing, Silver Brazing, and Annealing processes up to 1150°C. Our furnaces are ideal for high-volume production of light or medium-weight parts, offering exceptional efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Unlike other processes, our mesh belt furnaces minimize oxidation, discoloration, and scale formation.

Annealing in a protective atmosphere can 1 significantly reduce costs and improve quality by eliminating or minimizing the need for subsequent cleaning operations. The annealing process can even be used as a pre-processing cleaning step. Parts or assemblies can be discharged from the furnace at a sufficiently high temperature to create a protective bluing layer, enhancing product appearance and durability.
