Ageing ovens will be of bogie hearth construction, specifically designed for ageing aluminum sheets and products used in aerospace and aeronautical applications. These ovens are ideal for ageing aluminum extruded products, cycle frames, and forged items like rings. For enhanced durability, the ovens can be constructed with a complete stainless steel interior. Adjustable or fixed sturdy slotted baffles ensure uniform air circulation throughout the chamber, providing consistent temperature stability and uniformity during the entire heating cycle. Our chamber ovens for ageing aluminum aerospace components are built to meet AMS 2750E Standards, ensuring precision and quality in compliance with industry requirements.
