The Gas Nitriding Furnace is equipped with an efficient atmosphere circulation system along with facilities for controlled ammonia purging and cracking required for the nitriding process. Job fixtures suitable for various components can be supplied, manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. Based on furnace capacity, the system is provided with an ammonia dissociation meter, gas panel, calibrated flow controls, and gas distribution manifolds. An optional fully automatic ammonia dissociation system with real-time process control can also be integrated for enhanced accuracy and repeatability.
